Gluten Free Sweet N Sour Meatballs I

INGREDIENTS:
MEATBALLS
1 lb ground beef
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp pepper
2/3 Cup Milk (Casein Free: Use Almond Milk)
3/4 Cup Gluten free oatmeal

SAUCE
1  10 oz. Can Pineapple tidbits
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/3 Cup vinegar
1/4 Cup ketchup
1/2 Cup water
1 Tbsp Gluten free soy sauce
1/4 Cup green pepper chunks (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
Mix meatballs together and place on cookie sheet in oven for 10-12 min at 400F.

In medium saucepan, combine cornstarch and brown sugar.  Add syrup from pineapple, vinegar, ketchup, water and soy sauce.  Bring to boil over medium heat until mixture is thick and glossy.  Pour over meatballs, add pineapple and green pepper.  Bake at 325F for one hour.
