INGREDIENTS:
3 Tbsp Arrowroot flour (or any G.F flour)
3 Tbsp butter/margarine
1 1/4 Cup (+/-) Milk
3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Melt margarine in small saucepan. Add the flour one tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly – making a roux. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Bring sauce to a boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer on low for 3-5 minutes (or until sauce starts to thicken). Add parmesan cheese and spices. Serve immediately.
