Gluten Free Curry Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp curry powder
2  med. sized apples, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped
3-4 chicken breasts
1 Cup Condensed Cream Soup Substitute (chicken)
1 cup cream
Salt
Paprika

DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter; saute curry powder, apple and onion.  Add soup and cream.

Stir together.  Place chicken in single layer in buttered 9×13
casserole dish.  Sprinkle with salt & paprika.  Cover chicken with
sauce.  Bake uncovered at 350C for 45-50 (until cooked through).
*Can add 1 can of pineapple tidbits (drained) to saucepan if desired.
