Gluten Free Beef Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS:
1 Lb ground beef
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Gluten free flour
1 Cup Condensed Cream Soup Substitute (chicken flavour)
1 Cup sour cream
1 Cup mushrooms, sliced
1 Tsp garlic salt
Salt & Pepper to taste
Gluten Free pasta

DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta according package directions.  Brown the ground beef and onion, seasoning with salt, pepper and garlic salt.  Stir in flour.  Add mushrooms and cook one minute.  Add condensed cream soup and simmer 10 minutes.  (If it seems too thick, add one tablespoon of milk at a time).  Stir in sour cream over low heat.  Sprinkle with parsley and serve over noodles.
