INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Cup G.F. soy sauce
1/4 Cup oil
1/4 Cup Montreal Steak Spice
1/4 Cup lemon juice
1 Clove garlic (minced)
1/2 Cup- 1 Cup water
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together ingredients and pour in slow cooker. Add roast beef and sprinkle additional steak spice to cover top of roast. Add 1/2 cup – 1 Cup water. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
Can add sliced carrots and potatoes in last 2-3 hours of cooking.
Serve with Yorkshire Pudding.
